Hi John & Team,
I just read the Origonian article on the Arlington Heights home you recently bought & will restore. Thank you for this labor of love & for the other homes you have restored too. What a gift for the eventual new owners, the city, your talented employees, the preservation of our cities history & the past talented artists, builders etc.
I am grateful for your work. May God bless you, your team & family in this & all aspects of your life.
With Awe & Gratitude,
Tracey G.
Dear John, Erin, and the Whole Team,
Thank you so much for your work! Our kitchen opening to the yard has transformed the presence of our house.

Dear John McCulloch,
Thank you for your efforts in restoring the old homes in Oregon. I was born in Portland, Oregon. My family once liven in an old, two story house with giant white pillars that jutted up from an enormous wooden porch that spanned the entire width of the house. My father did his best to make it livable while it’s tall ceilings shed their plaster. As a girl, I sat in an old overstuffed chair that came with the house. I often looked up at those ceilings and thought about how grand this house was at one time. I am so pleased that I ran across an article that showed the beautiful, but old and decaying homes you have restored. I admire your vision and attention to detail. Thank you for not taking the easy way out and just demolishing these homes.
Sincerely,
Carmel Zimny
Dear John,
Congratulations on your latest project in preserving older distinctive Portland homes. I was pleased to see the article in yesterday’s paper about your recent acquisition. I am sure it will be another beautiful restoration when you have completed it... I hope you and your family have managed to remain healthy through this pandemic... I have managed to remain healthy and still in my apartment, even passing my 100 year milestone through this. I really applaud the work in which you are engaged. Portland could use more John McCullochs!
Sincerely, Lucille Pierce
