It was one of those little houses in a great neighborhood that lacked a good flow, and had only one full bath and two beds. We took that up to 4 beds, 3.5 baths and doubled the square footage, all with our McCulloch Level of beautiful design, attention to small details, and unmatched craftsmanship.
We added a large master suite on the ground floor, access to the backyard, spacious kitchen with high-end appliances and cabinetry. The little period-inspired details that we added everywhere give the space exactly the homeyness, timelessness, efficient use of space, and practical functionality that every homeowner wants. McCulloch-designed houses have fetched the highest price per square foot in neighborhoods all over Portland, and this was another Portland record when it sold.
