This house sat empty, unheated and decaying for seven years before we bought it.
It was a disaster: a horrible addition on the back had sunk six inches, a gift from a prior owner.
Other than a few bight blue and orange accents, every surface inside and out was painted, shag carpeted, plastic-covered or “vinyled” a horrid gold, best described as “sea-sick crocodile.”
The team went to work.
We expanded the house, with a major addition on the back to give the house a modern floor plan while maintaining the old house feel.
We restored an elegant 50′-long master bedroom and fireplace. The kitchen went from tiny and isolated to a combined open floor plan with spacious gourmet kitchen, with attached butler’s pantry and yard access.
The luxurious master bath features skylights, marble counters, chandeliers and a 10′ shower with a heated floor. There is even a separate mother-in-law quarters.
We doubled the living space, while taking the feel from creepy to glamorous.
