This property had sat empty for seven years when McCulloch Construction purchased it for restoration.
Inside, the house was dark. There was a horrible addition on the back that had sunk almost six inches in one corner, a gift from a prior owner. The team went to work.
We expanded the house, with a major addition on the back to give the house a modern floor plan while maintaining the old house feel.
There is an elegant 50'-long master bedroom with a gas fireplace. A new spacious gourmet kitchen has marble countertops, new Viking appliances, and an attached butler's pantry for entertaining.
A luxurious bathroom features skylights, marble counters, a chandelier and a 10' shower with a heated floor. The water, sewer and electrial systems, furnace and roof are all new. There is even a separate mother-in-law quarters.
