Before & After: 1903 Sellwood
We rebuilt the crumbling cement porch and added columns to match what might have originally been.
This entry needed help, so we created something far more welcoming.
The pine cabinets on the right side of "before" squeezed the room down to a cramped hallway. We opened up the ceiling, back of the room, and put French doors to the next room.
No expense was spared on moldings and lighting. Before, acoustic tile dropped the ceiling 18-inches to the top of the window. After, period moldings, fun lighting, and tranquil colors bring a feeling of peaceful correctness.

McCulloch Construction made over this house in 30 days with a new floor plan and all new systems. We started with an elderly Bachelor's house, a dark maze created from a series of poorly conceived and executed remodels in the past.
