McCulloch Construction fixed the sinking floors, reshaped the trim and plaster to a more handsome and period-correct look and reworked every surface.
While we wouldn't dream of improving upon classic Pipes details like the lovely mantle or living room layout, we can tastefully update the kitchen and bathrooms!
When approached about remodeling this home, McCulloch Construction jumped at the chance to make this spacious home more livable.
This once fine home — the Giltner Mansion — has decayed for many decades — a poster child for deferred maintenance.
